KCOIN ("we") operates ssanvps.com (the "site"). The site has no accounts and never asks for your name or contact details. This policy explains what we process and why.
1. What we process
- Access logs: IP address, browser information (User-Agent), time, requested URL and referring page, recorded automatically by the web server.
- Usage signals: page views, clicks on provider links, use of the details and share buttons, and the provider and plan concerned.
- Country: a country code estimated from the IP address, used only for automatic language selection and country statistics.

3. Retention
- Raw access logs and usage signals are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
- Statistics never store the IP address. To count each visitor once, we keep only an irreversible identifier made from the IP and browser information mixed with a secret value, inside daily aggregates that are deleted after 13 months.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- The site does not use cookies.
- Your language, currency and tax display choices are saved in your browser (localStorage). They are never sent to us and you can clear them in your browser settings.
5. Sharing
- We do not share personal data with third parties or outsource its processing. The site and statistics run on a server we manage ourselves.
- Clicking a provider or plan takes you to that provider's site, whose own privacy policy then applies.
- If a link is a referral link, the partner may use its own cookies to attribute the referral. Such links are labelled, and referral status never affects rank, score or filters.
6. Your rights
- You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your data. Because we hold no identifying details such as names, we may be unable to match a request to access-log entries; those entries are deleted after 14 days anyway.
7. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Logs and statistics are processed only under a dedicated account with restricted access, and the admin view is password-protected.
